Luxury condominium complex located oceanfront, right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Featuring 2 swimming pools; a large free formed saltwater pool at the ocean front, and a fresh water pool, located in the center of the complex surrounded by beautiful gardens and an abundance of flowers. Complex has a sunbathing beach located oceanside next to the saltwater pool. This deluxe sized condo is approximately 920 square feet, with all new furniture including a brand new king sized mattress. The condo has all the amenities, including Central Air-Conditioning, and a central Laundry facility. Just bring your toothbrush. A convenience store & deli are located on the property; in case you have a need for a bottle of wine and a sandwich. While grilling your dinner at oceanside, you just might see a whale or two during season; and you always get a great show of the Spinner Dolphins swimming by; just yards from you.

The Casa de Emdmeko, located on Alii Drive, is a mile south of Kailua-Kona. With its many fine restaurants, farmers markets and shopping adventures, Casa de Emdeko is much like a luxury destination resort. Four miles south, is Kahalu'u Beach Park, rated the best spot in all of the Hawaiian islands for Snorkeling!

Deposits: An initial deposit of $200.00 is due within the first week of booking your reservation (that will hold your space). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment is due if your reservation is made within the 60 day period prior to your arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be issued unless we can re-book our condo for the dates in question. No refunds will be given on shortened stays.

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in time is After 2:00 P.M. Check-out time is Before 11:00 A.M.
