Wells Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $165-235 daily, $1050-1505 weekly, $4500-6300 monthly. Seasonal available.
- Regular rates (June 1 - November 30): $195 per night, $1225 per week, $3990 per month. $585 minimum.
Peak season (December 1 - March 31): $235 per night, $1505 per week, $4950 per month. $705 minimum.
Spring Special (April 1-May 31): $165 per night, $1050 per week, $3150 per month. $495 minimum. - $500 deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance plus 9% Vermont Housing Tax plus refundable $200 security/damage deposit due 15 days prior to arrival. Refund (less $100 administrative fee) given if other guests filled a canceled reservation.
