The crashing surf below offers tropical breezes through the night with the lulling splash of waves over the reef. By day, watch or join the local surfers along Pared Beach that expands as far East as it does West with boundless views. Internet & Cable TV Ready! All bedrooms include air conditioning and additional bedding. Close to local grocery, fast foods and Walmart - so packing is light!

The entire condo is newly furnished & freshly maintained. Kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Linens are cotton or cotton blend - bath towels and beach towels for 10. Balcony boasts spectacular corner unit views of the surf below and the oceans for miles! Night views are stunning - lighting up the Town Square below or the light house at neighboring Fajardo to the East. With the front door open and the locked rod-iron gate secured - the ocean breeze bustles through the unit offering the balmy Caribbean breeze those long winters or stagnant summers try to steal. There is some 'common' diversions such as telephone, cable television CD Player, radio & Cable Internet Access for those missed 'known' comforts or some reading or board games to pass some time between the many excursions you can enjoy. We prefer non-smokers in order to maintain a pristine atmosphere. We will continue to make improvements and greatly appreciate your comments.
