Lake living at its best! This fully furnished cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath condo, one of a 3 unit, is ground level. Living and dining area is 13x21 with a sliding glass door to the lake. Sit in or outside and watch the beautiful sunsets. Condo has fully equipped kitchen, even with staples, flour sugar, some spices, etc. There's 65 ft. of lakefront and a dock for your fishing, ski boat or jet ski, or you can use the the canoe or row boat that is on the site. Lake Orion has a public boat launch, and pontoon rentals available. Walking distance to downtown village, with special children's parks for swimming and playing. Four star restaurants and a number of pizza places with deliveries. There's a walk path that goes to Rochester. Golf courses and driving ranges are in the area. Winter is great for snowmobiles and ice fishing.

Great Lakes Crossing Outlet Mall is the largest enclosed mall to fill any need you could possibly have. The Palace of Auburn Hills, the home of the Pistons is just 6 miles away, with other entertainment. Canterbury Village is a short distance drive for Christmas decorations and old world goods.

Ski: Pine Knob is a short distance away for concert entertainment during the summer and skiing in the winter.
