Our luxurious villa lends itself to extended family reunions by combining the best of privacy and togetherness--privacy in the ability to retreat to beautiful private spaces while also being able to gather in spacious, open living spaces for reconnecting with family members or friends. Most of the living space is all on the top floor with the lower level consisting of a 2 car tandem garage and foyer area. The loft/kids area is separated by a long, open hallway from the main gathering room--thus allowing parents room for adult conversations while remaining maintaining visual contact with young children. We love our beautiful new villa! We have been vacationing at the quiet resorts for many years and are now introducing another generation of our family to beautiful sunsets, long walks on the beach, ice cream on the Boardwalk, browsing in the many unique shops...for those in search of more evening excitement, Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach are both less than 7 miles away.

Bethany Beach Villa Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $900-$2300 weekly
• Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday, Check-in Time is 2pm, Check-out at 10am unless special arrangements are made with owner. All reservations require a $500 security deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will forward a Lodging Agreement for your signature. For your protection and a full understanding of the obligations and benefits pertaining to the use of your vacation property, we must receive the signed Lodging Agreement within fourteen (14) days along with a payment (check, money order or cashier’s check) for 50% of the rental amount. All payments should be made payable to Heather Dull.
  
  For reservations made less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment is due at the time of the booking. Payment must in the form of a money order or certified check.
  
  The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. The balance may be paid by personal check, money order or cashier's check.
• Cancellations
  In case of cancellation, any monies received will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property for the entire time period. If the property is re-rented, your deposit will be returned less a 15% cancellation fee of the entire rental amount. No sublets or transfers of lease will be allowed. No refunds due to 'Acts of God
