Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, Check-in Time is 3:30pm, Check-out at 10am unless special arrangements are made with owner. Upon your request, we will forward a Lodging Agreement for your signature. For your protection and a full understanding of the obligations and benefits pertaining to the use of our vacation property, we must receive the signed Lodging Agreement more than thirty (30) days prior to your reservation along with a payment (check, money order or cashier’s check) for 50% of the rental amount and a $500 security deposit. All payments should be made payable to Rose and Luke Investments, LLC.
The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. The balance may be paid by personal check, money order or cashier's check.
For reservations made less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment is due at the time of the booking. Payment must in the form of a money order or certified check. - Cancellations
In case of cancellation, any monies received will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property for the entire time period. If the property is re-rented, your deposit will be returned less a 15% cancellation fee of the entire rental amount. No sublets or transfers of lease will be allowed. No refunds due to 'Acts of God'.
The clubhouse charges a guest fee of $25/wk/person or $6.50/day/person for anyone over 4. This fee is paid at the clubhouse if you choose to use the clubhouse.
