- $500 deposit required to reserve your week/s/weekend - please e-mail or call owner for details. Cancellation at least 45 days PRIOR to arrival date is subject to full refund of deposit and/or any moneys sent if owner is notified of cancellation via e-mail. Cancellation WITHIN 45 days of arrival date is subject to loss of security deposit and all moneys sent up to that point.
$500 security deposit is required, preferably sent as a separate check from reservation fees. This check will not be deposited, only held. Upon inspection of property, if there is damage or excessive cleaning needed, only then will the security deposit will be deposited, used to pay for damage and/or cleaning and the balance, if any, will be returned. If there is no damage and house is left clean, we can either return your original check or we can shred it on location. - CLEANING: We have had requests for a cleaning service to be offered as an option. We know it makes things a bit earier on check out day, so a cleaning service will be offered this year at an additional rate of $125. The cleaning service will handle all the deep cleaning(floors, carpet, tub and shower, etc). Guests will still need to do general cleaning (listed in the house) like emptying food from fridge, freezer, cabinets, washing and putting away all dishes, emptying trash, returning any furniture outside and inside to proper location, etc.

Enough space in bunk room to easily fit several air matresses. Full size crib included at house and can be set up in any bedroom.
