The Luxury Fairway Cabins are elegantly decorated with designer furniture, luxury bed and bath linens, a fully equip kitchen, fireplace and relaxing Jacuzzi hot tubs on the decks. Other amenities in both homes include high speed internet, separate living levels for privacy and space.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your stay. Rates do not include a $500 cleaning charge and Security deposit of $2500 per home. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the house for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300 cancellation fee.
All charges for telephone and other items will be billed to your credit card after your departure and when we receive the phone bill.
