- 50% deposit due upon booking - balance due one week before arrival in the form of bank check or MO.
- Please contact the owner directly for information regarding sending the 50% deposit. A security deposit of $200 is required on all rentals. The deposit is totally refundable if the house is left in the same condition it was found.
