Located in Puerto Rico's most luxury hotels area, Isla Verde. This is a beachfront, corner apt. It has a room with a queen bed, air conditioned and a ceiling fan. It has also a TV with cable. The other room has two twin beds and a trundle bed(under one twin and it is pull out at night). The full bathroom is between the two rooms. The kitchen is big with all the appliances need for a wonderful stay! It has also a washer and dryer, plus a window to the beach! The living-dining is big, with glass doors overlooking the balcony with the most incredible beach view! There is a table that's seat 6. There is also a TV with cable, music equipment and ceiling fan. The condominium it a small one. It has a nice swimming pool area, private gate to the best beach. We offer also a underground parking on premises. We are next door to PR most luxury hotel, The El San Juan Resort and Casino. Walking distance to Casinos, Restaurants, Hotels, Shops, banks. We Have Internet Access!

Only minutes away from the Old San Juan historic area and also from the Condado Area, another hotels and shops area. 45 minutes from the Rainforest.
