To reserve your dates, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rent. This deposit may be secured by providing a check, money order, or credit card payment. Please note that dates cannot be guaranteed until your deposit is received. The remaining rent, plus tax and security deposit will be due 15 days prior to your arrival date. - The cancellation policy for all our properties is as follows: Should either party wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation must be sent via certified mail and received more than 60 days prior to arrival date. If guest's cancellation notice is received more than 60 days in advance of arrival date, we will refund all of the reservation deposit (minus a 10% credit card handling fee is a credit card was used to secure payment). If cancellation notice is received less than 60 days in advance of arrival date and the property is re-rented at the same rate to another party, we will refund all of the reservation deposit except a $300 cancellation fee. If the property is not re-rented, we will retain the entire reservation deposit. It is unlikely, however, if we must cancel your reservation, notice shall be given a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival date and all monies received will be refunded to you within 3 business days of cancellation notice.

Both bedrooms have televisions with remote controls and full cable channels, dressers so you can make your self at home, reading lights near the bed and alarm clocks so you don't miss a minute of your vacation on the beach unless you want to.

This beach front, luxury condo is in the perfect location in the center of Mission Beach; convenient to restaurants, nightlife, and family activities abound. San Diego International Airport is just a short drive or taxi ride. Restaurants and activities are mostly within walking distance or a short bike ride.
The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large sectional leather couches and a matching stretch ottoman that creates comfortable seating for the whole family. There is also a large screen television with full cable channels and VCR/DVD player, stereo system, telephone for local calls, vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, hardwood floors throughout and again, **amazing views** from every seat. The kitchen is brand new, with granite counter-tops and maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. We also provide a secure, high speed internet connection that can be used throughout the house and even on the sand out in front of the house! Imagine yourself in a beach chair, in the warm sun with the waves crashing next to you doing work or sending emails to friends, family and coworkers back at home. This home truly offers a luxury beach lifestyle!
With the beach being right there at the tip of your toes, we also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. This home also comes with one off street parking space next to the building.
