Notes: Upper units have ceiling fans and large cathedral ceilings. Decks are oversized and run the length of the house directly facing the ocean. Ocean view from the lower units. Upper decks have umbrellas. Our duplexes are perfect for family gatherings as it is a better value than a single home with greater privacy. Many families rent and up and down unit which gives them 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 8 loaner beach badges which really can save some money. There is also off street parking for 2 cars per unit. We are directly on the ocean. This is really a family area but only 10 minutes from shopping and amusement parks. Our beach houses are bright and clean. The carpeting is only one year old. The interiors are freshly painted each spring. You and your family are sure to love it here!
