Optional Pool Heat is $25 per day (min 4 days) or $150 per full week (recommended from October to April). Prices are inclusive of local Florida sales/tourist taxes. Additional housekeeping charge for short stays of 6 nights or less $95 inc. Non-returnable confirmation deposit required when booking of $200 per week or part week & the full balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Discount of 10% for stays of 3 weeks and longer. Mid-rental maid service available. Rental rates also accepted in UK pounds sterling at time of booking. Debit/Credit cards accepted with a 3% surcharge by PayPal - or by bank transfer or check to our US bank. - You can order a welcome pack (cost $60) to be there on your arrival to include: eggs, bacon, sugar, water, coffee, tea bags, milk, cereal, orange juice, soda, bread, butter, beer. Very handy after a long journey before you stock up at the local WalMart the next day, just down the road - let us know when you confirm booking.

There is a safety fence available between deck area & swimming pool, & a signal sounds if an exterior door opens, all for your peace of mind. Privacy asured with our 5ft hedging at either side.
