Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We are willing to rent for one or two weeks at a time.
Available for long term winter rental; rates available upon request. - Additional fee of approx. $150 for cleaning, plus $50 linen fee. Guests may bring own linens (bathroom towels, beach towels, sheets and pillowcases) to save linen fee.
Security deposit required - $1,000.
