Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- New Hampshire has no sales tax on merchandise; NH Meals and rentals tax rate is 9%.
- 50% of rental & security deposit is required upon booking ; remaining 50% due within 60 days of occupancy. Security Deposit monies would be paid back within 30 days of occupancy provided it was left in the same condition.
There is a discount of 1.5% if paid by echeck instead of credit card.
There is a 20% increase for holiday weeks/weekends off season.
We charge a $49 damage protection policy in case of accidental breakages. - Cleaning rate is for 3 hours of cleaning for 2 people (total 6 hours) plus trash/recycle removal. Anything over that will be deducted from security deposit. We are not interested in anyone under 25 without an adult. We prefer families as the home is located in an area of year round homes.

- All bathrooms have water saving toilets, tiled floors, and fiberglass tubs/showers. Master Bath has marble floor and sinks. There is a washer and dryer in the family bathroom and all the amenities of home away from home. Sorry. Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets allowed inside our home. Our children have allergies. Also, you must be 25 and older to rent. Thank you.

- There is a very large master bedroom with a queen size bed, a 2nd bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (great kid room) and two bedrooms on the top floors one with queen one with full bed. There is a full futon in the lower level and an air mattress in the master bedroom closet for additional sleeping accommodations. There are toddler bed guards in a closet if needed. We also have a pack and play in the closet. The house can hold more than 14 people but that is all we feel comfortable having at one time in the house. But please indicate to us how many total people you intend to bring. We prefer related families or close friends who will care for our house as if it were their own. Square footage includes the partially finished lower level which is heated and walks out to a deck with full windows (futon down their). Check with us before you come to be sure we haven't changed the beds around.
