This fabulous luxury villa set in 3/4 acre is surrounded on all sides by trees and shrubs for privacy. Less than 2 minutes drive (12 min walk) from Lemon Bay and Manasota Beach and is an hours drive to Busch Gardens and two to the Orlando theme parks. The villa is fully air-conditioned with the two double rooms overlooking the magnificent 33' heated pool and large hot spa. If you really want to get away, this is the place for you. Enjoy relaxing walks along long stretches of quiet beaches, relax in the superbly equipped games room, play golf at one of the many excellent courses in the area (over a dozen within half an hour's drive)- or simply relax by the pool. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue by the pool or head to Durango's for cold beer & ribs or go to Sharkeys or the Bonefish restaurants for excellent sea food and watch the sunset over the gulf. This property is internet enabled via a 3mbps wireless network-just bring your laptop & surf by the pool.

Manasota Key is located about 60 miles south of Tampa on Florida's gulf coast. It is just over an hours drive from Tampa Airport and about two hours from the Disney parks in Orlando. The villa itself is located less than half a mile from one of the two access points across Lemon Bay to Manasota Key and Beach which is no more than a couple of minutes away by car, with South Venice's shopping area being two minutes in the opposite direction. The area is totally unspoilt, with strict limitations on development in the area and on Manasota Key. Main shopping areas are located both to the north and south in Sarasota and Port Charlotte respectively. Located just north of Venice is the Myakka State national park where Florida's nature can be experienced and seen first hand. Venice Villa Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • last minute rates from as low as $800 per week plus tax & cleaning.
  • Taxes, Cleaning and pool heating are NOT included. Pool heating is $125/wk, cleaning is $80, tax totals 10%.

    Non refundable deposit required at time of booking - $250 per week of booking due within 2 weeks of making booking, balance payable two months before arrival. Security deposit of $300 payable locally on arrival.

    Pool heating supplement applicable & payable locally if needed - $125/wk.

    Bookings for Christmas and Easter are for two weeks minimum.
  • Rates vary from $1000/wk low season to $1675/wk high season. Bookings of a month or longer attract a discount - see above rates. Last minute rentals can be as low as $900.

    Extra cleaning services - weekly/daily available if required. Please ask for a quote.

Notes: Superb home cinema system with 60' TV and built in surround sound system. Pool is fitted with removable safety fence to keep youngsters out. Superbly equipped air conditioned games room c/w TV and drinks refrigerator. Games room has table soccer (Foosball), 8 ft pool table and 8ft air hockey table. Gym has treadmill, cycle machine and other fitness equipment - great for getting started or keeping trim whilst away from home.
