Surroundings : This is a prime location for beaches, dining, shopping, golf, tennis. There are many lovely beaches along Alii Drive . Kahalu'u Beach Park offer great snorkeling . It is save and you can swim with sea turtles and fish. White Sand Beach is great for sunbathing and swimming. The Farmers Market on Saturday at Keahauhou is a lot of fun. You can find locally grown fruits and vegetables, lovely flowers and gifts.'Kahalu'u Beach is a great snorkeling beach with many turtles and colorful fish swimming beside you.
Inside the condo: The ocean is just 25 feet away from the ocean, just far enough to feel save. This is the place to relax and enjoy the sound and vistas of the ocean right in front of you. During winter time you can watch the whales passing by. All year you can see green sea turtles and fish from your living room and from your lanai. The condo inside is simply lovely. It is very comfortable and spacious and it is constantly being updated . The guest bedroom has a double bed and a single bed . It also offers television and a large closet space.
Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of $400.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay) is due with the reservation .The balance will be due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit. Cancellation must be received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee. Owner can not be held liable or responsible for any construction, repairs or other issues arrising outside of her condo # 404 . This would be beyond her control.
Golf: Keauhou Golf curses are with 4 miles. Waikoloa Beach Resort invites you to experience award-winning golf on the picturesque Waikoloa Beach Course.
Guest Book: I will always remember this vacation whenever I need to relax and to unwind from daily stress: I will picture again the mesmerizing view, the relaxing sound of the ocean, the comfort and peace, the surfers and the Turtles and Whales. I even swam with a turtle for a long time which was a sweet experience. We took the girls for a horseback riding experience up at Waimea and that was fun for everyone.
