Affordable luxury at one of the most competitively priced homes in Orlando. We know you'll find it hard to beat our rates - we don't believe in charging 'high season' premiums for school holidays. Our 'high season' rate is one of the lowest available - whilst not compromising on those luxury features that make guests return to our home year after year. Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pool home sleeps up to 8 and is situated in a peaceful and secluded development surrounded by beautiful woodland yet only 20 mins south of Walt Disney World, 10 minutes from Highway 192 and just 2 and a half miles from Interstate 4. We believe in trying to keep down the cost of a vacation, especially for families, and so have included many extras at no extra cost including, brand new highchair, cot, booster seat, stroller and BBQ. For your convenience, we also have a selection of children's toys and pool toys. The large SW facing rear garden and pool is fully enclosed, ensuring privacy at all times.

Thousand Oaks is in a peaceful, residential area and ideally placed for all Florida has to offer. Our home is away from the extensive construction work along the US27. Champions Gate with its grocery stores, gas station and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. The theme parks are a 15 minute drive, with the added bonus of avoiding the busy Interstate4 or US27. Our home is finished to an extremely high standard throughout.
Many guests say 'It doesn't feel like a rental home' which we take as a great compliment as we have paid great attention to detail and have tried to think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

A non-refundable reservation deposit is required at the time of booking of $250 per week. Pool Heat (if required) is an additional $130 per week, which is recommended from October through April. A security deposit of $200 per week is required against breakages/damage, returnable within 4 weeks following a satisfactory inspection after your departure.

Our home is checked carefully prior to your arrival to ensure that everything is available. There are many extras included such as a child's booster seat, crib, books, DVDs and pool toys. We always ring our guests within 48hours of arrival to see that everything is OK and with a local, well-established family run management company you have a local contact 24/7.
