- The master bedroom has a beautiful bright large bathroom and toilet facilities with a separate shower room and a walk in close. The room is well decorated and fitted with modern white units and matching marble surfaces, double sinks and a luxury deep long round marble bath. The second bathroom is situated on the opposite side of the villa adjacent to the other three bedroom. It is furnished to the same high standard as the master bathroom and has a combined bath and shower with separate washing and toilet facilities.

- The villa has four large bedrooms. The master bedroom is bright and comfortable with a queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet and cable TV. #2 has a queen sized bed closets and ample storage with adjacent shower and bathroom. #3 has two twin beds bath and shower facilities. #4 also has two twin beds plentiful storage and next to bath and shower. All bedrooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard to afford maximum comfort and to provide a pleasant and warm luxury environment for our guests. The child's cot (crib) can be placed in any bedroom as required and the large sofa in the family room can be quickly converted into a comfortable double bed if necessary .The villa will easily sleep 10 adults and each bedroom has ample storage space for clothing and personal items. All rooms are bright and airy, warm and welcoming for a relaxing enjoyable stay.

Wonderful beaches within easy reach or you can simply chill out in the calm peaceful spacious surroundings of your own private swimming pool haven. The house is ideally equipped and perfectly placed for the best vacation possible only 6 miles from Disney, 12 miles from sea world. 15 miles from universal and near to an excellent road system that will take you to Tampa and Clearwater on the gulf coast in less than 2 hours easy driving or to the beautiful beaches of daytona and cocoa and the Kennedy space station in 1 hour. Special Rates Remain 2007 $600 weekly.
Great outdoors.: Your holiday villa is situated in a beautiful area near to many outdoor recreational facilities including golf courses, swimming, tennis, fishing and bike trails. The vast and lovely Lake Louise nature reserve is only a short car ride away and is an ideal spot for walking and picnics. The town of Webster in lake county, only 30 miles from the home has a market each Monday of over 900 stalls and food outlets by the dozen.
Great country: Polk/lake/orange and Osceola counties which make up the part of central Florida known as the 'four corners' have some wonderful small historic towns which are a delight to visit and explore. The area has a superb road system and places both far and near can be reached and enjoyed without hardship or problems. The large nearby city of Orlando is an easy drive of 30 minutes along the interstate 4 from the villa and is a fine cultural and entertainment and business centre with great night life. So whether its the great outdoors, small town or big city that you want and either beach or country or simply a quiet peaceful holiday you will find them all with this lovely home as a start point or a pleasant haven set in a peaceful location to enjoy after a hard days sightseeing.
Ski: Plus special offers always available for off season, weekends and longer rentals. This is more than a rental property, its a home from home and in a great vacation location all at low prices including taxes and cleaning with free local telephone calls and summer pool heat. You will not get better value for your money anywhere.
Golf: Great news for golfers. The area around the home has a total of five excellent first class golf courses. All open year round to the general public. The nearest course is at Polo Park and is only 2 miles from the villa with all facilities at $18,00 plus tax. Deer Creek is only five miles away in a beautiful wooded area and complete with a clubhouse and full sized driving range. Experts and beginners all made welcome.
