A non-returnable booking deposit of $200 per week required. Our management company will require you to produce a credit card as a security deposit. Solar pool heat is free however, if required, supplementary pool heat can be provided during the cooler months at $110 per week, $18 per day. - Please contact us for rates for long term rentals over 4 weeks or for rentals on Marco Island on the Gulf Coast.
