Westridge Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A non-returnable booking deposit of $200 per week required. Our management company will require you to produce a credit card as a security deposit.
If required, supplementary pool heat can be provided during the cooler months $100 per week, $20 daily. - Please contact us for rates for long term rentals over 4 weeks or for rentals on Marco Island on the Gulf Coast.
For guests who wish to pay by credit/debit card, please visit our Rates & Availability page on our web site, where there is a PayPal link button. The accepted currency is US dollars.
We welcome personal checks from US guests.
