The Valley Isle: Two volcanoes erupting on the ocean floor created what is known as the Valley Isle. The undersea volcanoes trying to reach the surface over time uniting the two by a valley. West Maui Mountain's volcano became inactive hundreds of years ago. Haleakala, the other Maui volcano, which is 10,023 feet above sea level is now considered a dormant volcano. The eruptions blasting red lava fire works into the sky and flowing into the ocean with steaming plumes as volcanic lava layer upon layer mounted higher and higher to form the two mountain ranges. Over time they flowed to meet in the middle forming the valley. With 120 miles of coastline, and over 30 miles of beaches, Maui has many easily accessible beach parks with lifeguards, picnic facilities and restrooms, while others are scenic secluded enclaves with pristine teal blue ocean waves gently caressing the beautiful white sand shores.

Nearby beaches including world's 'Best Beach 1999': Keawakapu Beach – Kihei great beachcomber delight, and half mile walk along the shore. Kihei Beach – Kihei 6 miles of beaches with parks and facilities, and some have lifeguards. Ulua Beach Park -- Wailea One of the local favorites, there is a walkway that extends along the shore where you can stroll with your latte or snooze on you beach blanket. Wailea Beach – Wailea Named America's best beach (1999) this also has a walkway that connects the famous resorts of Wailea and has rental equipment, snack bars and restaurants.

Golf: We are just 5 minutes from these famous golf clubs.
