- The Master bedroom w/ a queen bed, has a private deck and fireplace. It overlooks the water, and allows immediate access to the waterfront yard with hammock, the path to the dock, as well as the outside shower. The small upper level bedroom has 1 twin and boasts an oversized window with a waterview. The guesthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 queens and a double, as well as another double in the living room loft area. There is a waterview from the upper queen bedroom from the private balcony deck on the second level, and a waterview from the guesthouse living room across the large deck. There is a door from the full bath out to the outside shower and side yard.
