- Typical reservations require a minimum five nights stay. A three night stay can be reserved when it fills a gap between other scheduled reservations.
A reservation deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of $250 is required to confirm your reservation and is nonrefundable 90 days prior to your scheduled check in.
The balance of your rental is due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to check in. A refundable security deposit of $250. is required.
There is a $50. cancellation fee. There is a $15 per person, per day charge, if more than four people will be staying. A maximum of six is allowable.

Situated on the opposite side of the condo from the master bedroom, the second bedroom has two twin beds. It has ample dresser space, mirrored closet doors and is equipped with an overhead fan. It is just a couple of steps away from the adjacent bathroom.
