- Rental period is a minimum of one week. Arrival time is anytime on Saturday after 4 p.m. and departure is anytime before 11 a.m. the following Saturday. Payment is due in full upon booking and is non-refundable if you cancel less than 60 days before your stay. There is a $75 cleaning fee for sheets, towels, etc., and a security deposit of $200 is required. Security deposit will be refunded within 10 days as long as property is left in good condition and cottage is left clean. Renters assume all risk and liability for themselves and for their party during their stay.
Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed.
