Stainless kitchen appliances. Newly painted inside and new comfy sofa and chair, spring '08. The shelled patio area on the Atlantic Ave. side gets afternoon sun and is there for your exclusive use. Great central location on the corner of Bradford and Atlantic, one block from the Boat Slip and its beach and walking distance to the grocery store on Shankpainter. And yes, if you have pets you want to bring, that is negotiable with us. Rental bikes, gym and restaurants all close by. Also, Ptown recently approved the construction of a dog park on Shankpainter which should be completed by September, 2008. Enjoy this perfectly located house for your vacation.
