We require a $250 security deposit (Refundable in full if property left in same condition as upon arrival)
We charge a one time pet fee of $98 (non refundable - based on 7 nights) or $14.00 per night
We accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks and cash. Sorry no credit card payments. - Check in after 2:00 PM. Check Out by 10:00 AM - Check in and out times are flexible except where the cottage will be turned over to a new guest on the same day.

- The bedrooms in the main cottage each have a queen size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and closet. The Palms Bedroom has a flat screen color TV, which is connected to the satellite network. Each bed has ample pillows, linens, comforter and quilt. The Carriage House features a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, reading chair, refrigerator and 40' HD television. The bathroom has a large walk in rain-shower. All linens and towels are provided.
