Walk out of the house into the private cul-de-sac; go 1/2 block to 7th Street SW, and you are right at the DC Circulator bus stop. The DC Circulator will take you to downtown DC for $1.00. Go just 1 1/2 blocks on 7th Street and you’re at the L'Enfant Plaza metro station; Continue down 7th Street SW and within 5 minutes you are at the famous Air & Space Museum; A few steps later you’re at the National Mall, Archives and downtown DC. You can even walk to the U.S. Capitol, the Ellipse, or White House, and when you're tired, simply jump on the metro and head home. Going to the Cherry Blossom this year? Well, Joshua One is within walking distance to the beautiful cherry blossoms. Want to watch the 4th of July fireworks? Walk a few blocks to the US National Mall & Washington Memorial.
