Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Extra persons, regardless of age, $4 ea/day
Departure cleanup fees: $75/unit + 12% tax regardless of length of stay; minimum stay 7nts
Reservation Deposit: A minimum reservation deposit of $200.00 for each reservation payable by cash, cashier's check, money order, traveler's checks (U.S. funds), or PayPal. The reservation deposit is applied against rent, tax & departure cleaning. Stays extending beyond 14 nights may require additional deposit.
Cancellation: The reservation deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date. There is a $50.00 charge for cancellation received 60 days or more prior to arrival date. No refunds for early departure. June-Nov, no refunds for early departure due to potential stormy weather; refunds will be given only during evacuation mandated by local authorities.
Changes: There is a $50.00 charge for modification of a confirmed reservation.
