Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of all or part of the reservation by Client, BRR agrees to refund the rental deposits to guest if and only if the property is re-rented to another quality Client for the canceled period under substantially the same terms and conditions as included herein. In the event of the foregoing, any refund will be less 20% which shall be retained as a cancellation fee.
