Charming, new custom built house on a quiet cul-de-sac. House is sunny with large windows and skylights. First floor has a living room with fireplace, cathedral ceilings, dining room with sliding doors leading onto the wrap around deck, outdoor shower and backyard. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with twin beds and a ceiling fan, and one with a full size futon. There is a full bath and a laundry room on the first floor as well. The second floor has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom and a loft with a queen size sleep sofa, bookcases with best sellers and a chess table. The house is tastefully decorated and pristine. The outside is landscaped with hydrangeas and lilac bushes.
