- Small bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor off the kitchen eating area. There is also a half bath off the kitchen with a washer/dryer sink and toilet. The Master Bedroom is on the second floor off the living room and has sliding doors to the oceanside deck. There is a full bath on the second floor just off the living room but separate from the master bedroom. The third floor has 1 double bed and 1 queen bed and a half bath (toilet and sink) and also has a deck off the bedroom which faces oceanside. There are spiral stairs going to the 3rd floor. Off the living room are ships stairs (very narrow) going to a carpeted sleeping loft which has a very low ceiling (4ft. max) and 2 double mattresses. There is also a double bed blow up air mattress provided with linens which is kept in the master bedroom closet.
