We invite you to share our beautifully decorated, fully equipped, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, luxury beachfront condominium. This is a private and quiet, small boutique condominium complex with only 4 units, one unit per floor. Our penthouse is the fourth floor (NO ELEVATOR IN BUILDING) but an easy climb up the stairs . Whether it's for a romantic getaway for two or rest and relaxation with friends, this is the place. You will be surrounded by spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas and relax to the sound of the ocean waves gently crashing to shore. Our unit is located in Condominio Velmar in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Just 20 minutes north of the airport and 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy Puerto Vallarta and the nearby beachtown of Bucerias for shopping and nightlife then return to your quiet oceanside condo. Relax in the two person spa hot tub located on the large terrace overlooking the ocean. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset.....life is good.
