Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

OPTIONAL : Add $100 for OPTIONAL Total Maid Service upon your departure. Or you can pay No Total Maid Service and Leave the House the way it was found. Dogs welcome only if house trained any damage will be billed back to you.
Visa/Mastercard accepted call me and we do it online securely. ($25 additional for Credit Cards) Cancellation Policy; if you cancel within 45 days of your stay you will forfeit your deposit or 1/2 of the total stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Dates are reserved on a first come first served basis for checks. If you want a specific date and must have that date you will want to reserve by credit card. This will insure your dates 100%. If dates are reserved by check it is first come first served. In other words if someone elses check arrives before your check they will have the dates reserved.
