Laguna Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices start at $285-785 summer and 175-$400/nt winter. Minimum night stay is 4-5 nights.
- $500.00 refundable security deposit.
Pet's with owners approval and $100 refundable security deposit.
Weekend, Weekly and Monthly rates are available upon request. 3 nt min Oct-May. 5 nt min June- Sept

The house is fully equipped for your vacation enjoyment: Jacuzzi tub, Fireplace, Broadband and Wireless Internet, Flat panel TV, DVD, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen ,Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, Washer, Dryer, 2 Barbecues, Spacious Backyard with Gazebo. Light and clean decor. Large balcony is furnished and has a barbecue, as well as lovely floral decoration. Spacious private garden patio with gazebo; flowers and fruits trees make for great lounging, barbecues, outdoor dining, entertaining, and just kicking a ball around– great and safe playing area for kids. Plenty of outside parking areas.
