Cancellation & Changes: Cancellations or changes made more than 45 days in advance will receive a full refund less cancellation fee of $30. Cancellations or changes make between 30 to 45 days in advance forfeit an amount equal to one night’s stay. Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days in advance forfeit the full amount paid. Guest’s credit card will be charged for full amount due if payment or cancellation notice is not received within 45 days in advance of the arrival date. Upon receipt of Reservation Deposit, Guest will be sent a Guest Confirmation Agreement. We make every effort to rebook your cancelled reservation. If we are successful we will move your reservation to dates within a comparable season and you will only be charge $30 cancel/change fee and the difference (if any) between your existing reservation and the new replacement reservation. Occupancy & Parking: The safety code and property systems determine the occupancy level for JH. Guest shall occupy JH with no more than 10 persons maximum for overnight accommodations, including children. Guest agrees to house only the persons listed in the Rental Agreement. Sleeping on the floor, sofas or any other area that is not designated as a sleeping area is not allowed. Camping in tents, on decks, on patios, in RV’s or campers on the premises is prohibited. Parking is allowed in the driveway. Street parking is allowed only in front of our driveway. You may not block street. Carpooling is encouraged. Guest shall not have parties or other special events that will cause the number of people to exceed 10 persons maximum without approval and prior consent by owners. At owner’s discretion, small groups may be allowed for an additional facility rental fee and per guest overage charge. Guest will forfeit security deposit for any unscheduled events exceeding the listed 10 persons.

Age Requirement & Pets, Smoking, Candle & Fire Use: The primary registered Guest on this agreement must be at least 21 years of age and must be staying at JH for the entire length of stay. The Guest is responsible for any expenses incurred during the reservation stay. It is the responsibility of the Guest to communicate all guidelines and policies to the other guests to the premises. Guest shall not keep or allow any pets in or around the premises—doing so shall result in loss of security deposit. Guest shall not smoke or permit smoking in or around the premises. Guests who wish to smoke may do so in the safety and protection of their vehicle, or in designated smoking areas within Roads End. Do not flick butts on the ground. Candle burning in or around the premises is strictly prohibited. Any and all damage caused by disallowed smoking, candle use, fire use (including fireworks) will be the responsibility of the primary guest. Fireworks are prohibited on the beach.

Golf: There is a wonderful public 9 hole golf course just 1 mile from The Jetty House!
