- There is an office area on the 2nd floor with a queen bed but has no door for privacy. It used to have a pull out couch and everyone used the pull out so we just put a bed in there for comfort. On the 3rd level there is a master bedroom with queen bed, TV and private bath with soaking tub. There is a Bedroom with private full bath , queen bed and TV. There is another bedroom with full private bath, queen bed and a TV. On the 4th level there is a master bedroom with a king bed, private full bath with soaking tub and a TV. There is bedroom with 3 single beds, shared jack and Jill bath with another bedroom/sun room with a queen bed. The bedroom with the 3 beds has a TV as well. All bedrooms have closets and dressers and are nice sizes. There is 1 pull out queen sleeper sofa in either the game room or living room.

The home is a two minute drive to the beach. The home is also three small blocks from Fenwick's Harpoon Hannah's Restaurant/Tiki-Bar/Marina and the new catch 54 restaurant. Ocean City Md. is 2 streets south. There is a boat dock just off the patio great for crabbing or parking your boat, jet-skis or kayak. The canal leads out to the large Assowoman Bay. Some guests have rented pontoon boats at the nearby marina and docked them out back. Best Deal! September's warm water temperatures, less crowds and off season pricing make for a bargain. Attention Golfers! Take advantage of the off season weeks to make for a fun and affordable golf get-away.
