On the 4th level there is a master bedroom with a king bed, private full bath with a jacuzzi tub and a TV/DVD/VCR. There is bedroom with 3 single beds, shared jack and Jill bath with another bedroom/sun room with a queen bed. The bedroom with the 3 beds has a TV/DVD/VCR. All bedrooms have closets and dressers and are nice sizes. There is 1 pull out queen sleeper sofa in the game room and one in the living room sectional.

The home is a two minute drive to the beach. The home is also three small blocks from Fenwick's Harpoon Hannah's Restaurant/Tiki-Bar/Marina and the new catch 54 restaurant. Ocean City Md. is 2 streets south. There is a boat dock just off the patio great for crabbing or parking your boat or jet-skis. The canal leads out to the large Assowoman Bay. Some guests have rented pontoon boats at the nearby marina and docked them out back. Best Deal! September's warm water temperatures, less crowds and off season pricing make for a bargain.
