Luxurious Beachfront Home Away From Home: This is your home away from home with full-size kitchen, dining room/living room, one large bedroom overlooking the ocean and bathroom with tub and shower. Full Kitchen includes upgraded appliances with a glass top stove, refrigerator w/ ice maker and ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking utensils, dishware, fine linens and towels. Living room includes a comfortable queen size pull-out sofa, and two recliners. The dinette set includes comfortable seating for four. The condo is tastefully decorated in a tropical theme. A full size washer and dryer are included inside the condo. Beach chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, Cooler and Beach Toys are provided for enjoying the wonderful Florida sun. A variety of video tapes and DVDs are also provided.
Unique Round Building with Great Amenities: This beautiful condo is located in Peck Plaza on the south side of the beach. Peck Plaza was voted one of the 7 wonders of Volusia County this year for its unique building design. The building is totally round which allows for floor to ceiling windows with awesome views from every room. One guest described the view from the balcony like being on a cruise ship! You can relax in bed and see the ocean and watch the boats sail by in the river all at the same time. The building has great amenities with a billiards room, ping-pong table, sauna, fitness room, beachfront swimming pool, jacuzzi and kiddie pool, shuffleboard, and large sundeck with lounge chairs and patio tables w/umbrellas for beachfront dining. A full service restaurant with live entertainment is located at the top of the building which offers guests a 360 degree panoramic view of Daytona's beautiful coastline during the day and city lights at night. Golf: Par 3 Golf course is only 5 minutes away on the ocean and there are many full 18 hole courses within 30 minutes.
