- In season: The cottage sleeps up 10 to 12 in 5 bedrooms on two levels. Off Season can book main portion of home with screened porch, deck, 3 bedrooms and a bath with ocean view at that level It sleeps up to 6comfortably in the bedrooms. It has a separate entrance than lower level. Also available off season is a 2 bedroom guest apartment on the lower level. It has a living room & kitchen and bath as well as 2 bedrooms. It sleeps up to 4 comfortably. This also has its own private separate entrance and access to the beach walkover and steps. Can be rented by the week or longer term of 3+ months beginning November.

Your place is not only comfortable, convenient, and pretty, but has a warm, 'at home' atmosphere that made every moment special. Of course, my favorite room was the big back porch. Our granddaughters could play at the shore, and we adults could keep our eyes on them in comfort and with peace of mind. It was absolutely grand!! We also enjoyed cooking our meals with the great ocean view. I thanked the Lord every day for allowing us to be there! And thank you so very much for sharing with us! Sandra & family, Just wanted to say thanks again, the house was beautiful, and so was the town. Kids cried when we left which was sad but let us know how much fun they really had.
