Due within 10 days of receiving Rental Agreement: Reservation Deposit in the amount of 25% of the total Charges/Fees. This will reserve your stay.
Due within 45 days of your arrival date: Remaining 75% of the total Charges/Fees.
Cancellation/Refunds:
If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your planned arrival date:
We will refund your Reservation Deposit in full.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your planned arrival date:
We will refund the applicable tax, cleaning fee, and damage deposit but we reserve the right to keep the rental fee. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental fee or a pro-rated share, as appropriate.

- Our house will sleep a maximum of 16 if you choose with the new Queen size hideaway bed in the new sectional on the main floor, and the full size hideaway bed in the basement family room. The two bedrooms on the main floor are easily accessible to the bathroom on the main floor for any of our quests who don't want to bother with any stairs. The back bedroom in the basement (Bedroom 3) has a closet and room for two Queen beds and a dresser. The bunk bedroom (Bedroom 4) has room for Two sets of Twin-size bunk beds and a dresser.

Slip Available in 2008: The New 200-Slip addition to the Marina at the Dale Hollow State Resort Park is due to be completed in Jan. of 2008. When completed we will have a 12 Ft. X 24 Ft. slip for our guests at no extra charge!!!
