- All brand new beds and mattresses. We added an entire new wing to the house with new twin master bedrooms that feel cozy yet comfortable like a new house. The original wing of the house includes an open living room + island kitchen w/ fireplace that connects to kids/single room and small guest and opens directly to lake front covered screen porch. Brand new kitchen with a lived in feel. The master bedrooms (2) are quite nice and large with pine wideboard on floor and pine walls and ceiling above. Both masters have French doors that open onto a large contiguous sun deck that connects to the covered screen porch. Tots, as the house is known, gets easy breezes from the cove that makes the screen porch a primary gathering point and a perfect place to dine or play board games.
