Unspoiled coastal living: Captivating views, wild ocean and landscape. Eagles, whales, moose....this renovated New England farmhouse is simple and delightful. Rest and renew the spirit, free from distraction with nature at your feet. Photographers paradise, hikers dream...great for writers and artists. This house is across the road from South Lubec Beach and the Lubec Channel with views to the open ocean and West Quoddy Head. Public beach is accessed via a public lane nearly across the road. The salt marsh is home to various wildlife and many eagles live in this area.
Just three miles to town and Summerkeys concerts. Several small galleries, gourmet chocolate shops and local restaurants serving seafood can be found in town, along with the public library and churches. Hiking trails are minutes from the house and provide pristine environments for bird-watching and tree and flower identification and even whale watching from shore!
