Fifty percent of amount due at time of booking with remainder plus 10%PST and 5%GST(TAX) due at time of arrival. Payments payable by cheque or cash, preferably in Canadian dollars; however, US dollars based on daily foreign exchange rates accepted. If you cancel, and we re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses, you will receive a full refund of deposit. If we do not re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted. - Note: Rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars
