- During peak season (June thru Sept) the cottage is combined with the main house ID#101388 (see link below for more information) to accommodate a total of 8 persons. Both properties are direct waterfront, sandy beach and connected by a large private patio. Combination rate for BOTH houses in season is listed on the main house page.
- There are two properties on this beach parcel, the main house which is listed as #101388 and this cottage. During the peak months of June, July, August and September the properties are combined and rented as a package. Together the properties can accommodate 8. This is a wonderful way to spend the summer with friends or relatives near you and still maintain your privacy! Off peak which is October 1st thru May 31st, the properties are rented as individual units.
