Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Main Ranch House - 1000 per night
• PLEASE NOTE: The Yellow Cottage (sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms -10 max) is required to be rented along with the main Brick Ranch House for groups of 25 or more people. Additionally, though more expensive, it will be much more comfortable for families with 15 people or more to rent both homes. Otherwise, it can become crowded inside the Ranch House (with only one refrigerator and five closed bedrooms). We want you to return to your homes refreshed and happy after your time at Lake George!
  
  The ranch house and separate cottage together have 8 closed bedrooms plus 2 open dormitory rec rooms and 4 1/2 baths - The ranch house alone has 5 closed bedrooms, 2 open dorm rooms and 3 1/2 baths. The ranch sleeps up to 25 people -pillows and comforters/blankets included for $1,000 per night (or $7,000 per week). There is a 3 night minimum on the ranch house rental. The cottage alone has 3 closed bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people (with 4 in the living room on futon and sofabed) for $500 per night.
• Pets are not allowed except in the cottage with certain restrictions. No pets are allowed near the ranch or pool area.
  
  We will confirm reservations, block them off on the calendar, & e-mail leases only when we have received the required 50% rent & 50% security deposits. Our reservations are made in strict order of check arrival dates. We have found this policy necessary after having lost several high season rentals for the same time periods (when we discouraged people by telling them that another group had first option since they “already were sending in their check” and then failed to send it).
  
  If you can come only at a certain time, it is highly recommended that you send the deposit 'next day express mail.' If two deposits for the same time period come at the same time, the 'longer number of days' renting will receive that reservation. With varying school vacations, we have a 'high season' for reunions of only six weeks per summer, so request that our guests plan accordingly.
