- Large Country Home/Barn alone (on same property) - 3 bedrms, 2 baths - sleeps from 1 to 16 - $800 per night (or $4,000 per week)
Cottage alone (next door property) - 3 bedrms, 1bath - sleeps from 1 to 10 (4 in living room) - $500 per night (or $2,500 per week)
Nearby Exclusive & Private Ledge Home - (with exquisite 180 degree sunset view on a high ledge - 3 minute car ride) for up to 4 responsible adults over 30 ONLY - Absolutely no children on the premises - 1 bedrm (2 twin beds), 1 bath, 1 office with QN futon (only 1-4 tenants with one to two cars are allowed on this unique property at a time) - $600 per night (3 night minimum) - Rental of the entire estate for up to 50 people, including large Main Ranch House (sleeps up to 20), Barn/Country Home (sleeps up to 16), Cottage (sleeps up to 10) and Private Ledge Home (sleeps up to 4 adults over 30 only), is available.
Pets are only considered at the Cottage. Please inquire to obtain rental fees.
