- This is not the typical Mexican Home/Villa this has a USA/Canadian Luxury type finish. Each Bedroom is set up more like a Master Suite. They all have there own private full bathrooms. Ideal for multi family vacations. This gated secured community of Playacar (phase 1) is less than a 5-minute walk to downtown Playa Del Carmen and the house is less than 50 footsteps from the beach. There are two master suites, one of them on the main level with the living room, and private access to swimming pool, The other master suite is upstairs very large and is just incredible, there is a seating area and office in the upstairs master suite that includes a Trundle Bed that turns into a nice double bed (in case you have a child that wants to stay close to mom and dad), Large gourmet kitchen, dining room, and large covered porch and pool (all with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea).

Treat Yourself: This truly is the nicest close to town rental in Playa. If you rent the home we will email you an info package that will really enhance your experience in Playa. It will include the best restaurants from each level of from taco shop to gourmet. We have a relationship with a tour company that will pick you up at the airport in a NICE van and deliver you to the front door for the same as a little cab will cost you. You will be met by our caretaker/house manager, Julian (he is bi-lingual) Julian will show you around the house and give you instructions on how to use the safes etc
