- We are pleased to offer you our beach home at affordable rates. 1/2 of the rent due is owed to secure your vacation date when booking. The rent balance, plus tax and $500 damage deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit will be returned following your departure, providing there is no property damage. We cannot make rate adjustments for late arrivals or early departures. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
