Notes: 12/06 - We have just installed a HD Direct TV Satellite with Local Channels and a 42' HD TV in the Living Room. It also has a DVD/VCR with lots of movies. We have two other smaller TVs using Direct TV Satellite in the bedrooms. One each in the two bedrooms with the shared Bathroom. The bedroom with the two bunk beds also has a DVD/VCR Player.

Location: Centrally located - Near Diamond Hill Store in Goodview - Only 10 minutes to Bridgewater Plaza by water and only a 45 min. drive to Roanoke. Home is located near Marker R32 on Smith Mountain Lake. The address is: 1097 Haygood Dr. Goodview, VA 24095

What do I need to bring along? All you need for a complete vacation is your bed linens, towels, (bath and lake)-soaps, paper products, trash bags and toiletries. Home has its own washer and dryer for your use if needed.

Directions To 1097 Haygood Dr. Ø From Rt. 460 at Bedford: Ø Take Exit Rt. 122 South-you will cross Rt. 24(stop light) at 7.8 miles. Ø Continue on Rt. 122 for another 6.2 miles then turn right onto Rt. 655 (Diamond Hill Rd.). Ø Continue on Rt. 655 until you get to stop sign (Diamond Hill Store will be on your left). Then turn left onto Rt. 616 (Horseshoe Bend Rd.) Ø Go 0.1 mile and continue straight on Rt. 616(Horseshoe Bend Rd.)- do not turn the sharp curve to right but continue straight on Rt. 616. Ø Continue on Rt. 616 another 1.9 miles and turn left onto Snidow Dr. Ø Continue on Snidow Dr. until you get to Haygood Dr. on right and turn right onto Haygood Dr. Ø Continue on Haygood Dr. until you get to 1097 Haygood Dr. on right. Ø House sets back a ways from the street. If you get to end of street, then turn around and come back. House will be just a few houses up on left.
