GST (5%) and PST (10%) are applicable as we are licensed and certified by PEI tourism. Four Star Canada Select Rating - Deposit equal to half of total rental rate required to book reservation. Remainder plus PST/GST (tax) due on arrival. payments payable by cheque or cash preferably in Canadian dollars; however, US dollars based on daily foreign exchange equivalent accepted. If we re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses, the client receives a full refund of deposit. If we do not re-rent the property no refund shall be remitted. Reservation dates can be changed at any time depending on availability.
