Fort Collins House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We prefer checks, but also accept PayPal for payment. We require a non-refundable deposit of $300 to hold the house and the rest is due 10 days before you arrive.
There is a $500 security deposit which is refundable with no damage to the unit or its belongings.
There is an additional $300 pet deposit which is refundable with no damage to the unit or its belongings. There is also an additional $90 cleaning fee for pets. - PREPAY AND SAVE $150: Pay in FULL at time of booking and receive a $150 discount (does not apply to SPECIAL rates). Just note on your contract that you’d like to pay in full.
