Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $110per night - Sunday thru Saturday
$660per week.
$2640 per month. - 50% deposit required to hold reservation. Remainder due 30 days prior to occupancy. Cancellation policy: If canceled 30 days before stay $75 processing fee. Within 30 days of stay forfeit deposit or half the rental amount.

Phone (a calling card will be necessary for long distance calls), Satellite TV, DVD, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Gas Grill (BBQ), and fire pit.
ATV rentals and shopping in the village. Plenty of lakes to fish or relax and have fun. Horseback riding also available.
Maximum occupancy on this property is 6 PEOPLE. Any more needs to be approved by owner. Absolutely NO PETS allowed on this property. Failure to comply with either will result in eviction with no refund. NO SMOKING in the cabin. Any damages to the cabin or property during rental period is the responsibility of the renter. Not responsible for weather changes or power outages.
