Located high in the mountains of Western North Carolina, in the Town of Beech Mountain, since 1967 Ski Beech redefines southern skiing as the highest ski resort in Eastern North America, at 5506 ft. above sea level.
Beech Mountain Club: The Beech Mountain Club is a private, non-profit corporation located on beautiful Beech Mountain, North Carolina, just a few miles from Banner Elk. Beech Mountain rises 5,506 feet above sea level, and this elevation ensures cool summer temperatures for over 1800 club members. Our renters are eligible for guest privileges. Ask owner for admittance procedures and fees. Club Facilities Golf Course - The club is blessed with an 18-hole golf course designed by Willard Byrd stretching 6,099 yards over beautiful mountain terrain. The golf season typically runs from May through October.
